PSJ - Jeans Campaign

A few images from Paul Smith Jeans. I wanted to the Evisu video have the same strong laid back quality as these images. Note the main photo is not a picture containing jeans. The image is for portraying the feel of the jeans brand, and is in fact more to communicate the feel of the collection.
There is orange coloured sunset in the setting whilst the subject still manages to remain fresh, cool and low key and colourful. The model casted has tattoos which is as indication that the campaign is targeted at people of relaxed attitudes and the shirt-come-jacket in the main photograph highlights even possibly that the subjects makes a living working from home.

This portrayal indicates that the target audience is possibly a creative, back of the envelope planning, entrepreneur that appreciates natural forms and organic surroundings because of the environments chosen for this shoot.

The bright orange blaze across the image above indicates an accidental exposure adding an almost nostalgic feel, anti digital, proactive and the effect gives the model more fire-y energy in his eyes. These are might be fake 'accidents' done with an effect on the computer or at least enhanced.
This image is over exposed and the colours look like the photograph has been distorted with time. This adds a hazy holiday in the desert feel. There is also a Rockstar appeal to it, almost like having been in a tour bus for 9 hours, the subject is then let out to stretch his legs, the moment was then captured by an admirer in his team.

Is the Kodak film border a statement or possibly even kind of product placement?
